A 1974 Land Rover (no, not a Defender. Just a Land Rover)
Surprisingly, it’s been treated to LEDs all round. I’d have dealt with the rust first, but there you go.

Bulkhead doesn’t look too bad, paintwork is also in good condition so I think the rust was taken care of a few years ago. LED’s give off way more light than the old bulbs on Series Landies.

As owners discover - no! The outer panels are aluminium, everything else is steel and rusts quite happily.

LEDs are a good way of shoring up an ailing charging system. Ask me how I know haha

It’s been worked on, but if you see it
from the front (the picture rather flatt
ers it) it’s deteriorated
since.

But....don’t try them
on a car that’s not old enough or you’ll have all manner of electrical issues and the world of error codes.
